CASE 01 · ECOMMERCE RETAILER · UNITED KINGDOM

2,923 AI citations in a single month

A specialist ecommerce retailer with a strong blog and no AI visibility strategy. We restructured content into answer blocks, wired Organization and Product schema, opened AI crawler access and ran the 30-day refresh loop across the blog archive.

What drove it: product comparison and settings-guide content was already excellent — it was simply not structured for retrieval. Adding direct-answer openings, comparison tables and visible last-modified dates turned existing archive posts into citation assets. The top-cited page is a product comparison guide.

CASE 02 · CRAWFORD'S METAL DETECTING · UK ECOMMERCE

Ranking #1 for a 27,100-a-month head term

A UK specialist retailer competing against manufacturer sites and national chains. Category architecture, product schema and a buying-guide content programme took the single most valuable term in the category outright.

Also holding position 1 for: “metal detector shops near me”, “minelab manticore”, “waterproof metal detector”, “pinpointer metal detector”, “metal detecting shovels” and “gold panning kit”. The buying-guide content also drives the AI citation volume in Case 01 — the same pages do both jobs.

CASE 03 · SMOKE SCREEN · UK B2B SECURITY

From 2 ranking keywords to 95 in twelve months

Security fog systems: a niche B2B category with low search volume, high deal values and long procurement cycles. We built category-education content and specification-grade product pages from a standing start.

Why the numbers look small and are not: in a category where a single installation is a five-figure contract, 213 highly-qualified monthly sessions against a previous baseline of zero is a channel that pays for itself several times over. Volume is the wrong metric here; qualification is the right one.

CASE 04 · B2B SERVICES · UNITED STATES

Position 8–20 recovery programme

Fourteen pages with real impressions permanently stuck below the fold. No new content, no new links — page-level query extraction, intent-gap diagnosis, title and meta rewrites for CTR, and targeted internal linking.

CASE 03 · MULTI-CHANNEL RETAILER

Monthly narrative reporting

Replaced a 40-tab dashboard nobody read with a written monthly narrative: what went well, what needs attention, and next month's single priority. Reporting itself became a retention driver.

“The reporting alone changed how our board talks about organic. For the first time they could read one page and know what we did, what it produced and what we are doing next.”
